Our Services

Accounting

Mountain View Property Management will handle all of your accounting from paying bills to owner draws. You will be provided with a monthly owner statement which will account for all monies in or out.

Leasing

Mountain View Property Management markets vacancies on 14 rental websites and of course our own website! We will handle getting your property rented from marketing to lease signing.

Collections:

Mountain View Property Management is serious about your money. This is why we will start collecting on the 6th day of the month. We will begin calling to confirm a commit date of payment, we will send out a demand payment letter, and on the 10th day of the month, if we have not received a commitment we will visit the home. Eviction will automatically take place if we have heard nothing from the tenant by the 15th of the month. We will pursue garnishment for rent and any damages through our attorney.
