Mountain View Property Management is a full service rental property firm dedicated to keeping your tenants happy and your property in its best shape possible. We are here to help you daily M-F 9am-5pm, and we also offer emergency services after hours. Your property is our priority-We will always keep your best interests in mind and offer any advice you may need. We have been managing properties in Walker & Catoosa County, GA and Hamilton County, TN since 1991, and have very knowledgeable staff to help you through any situation.
COLLECTIONS
Our collections team will make sure your tenants pay on time, every time. Each month, your tenants will be expected to pay their rent in full by the 5th. As well as certified letters going out on the 6th to those who have not made contact with our office. And if necessary, we also offer eviction services, where we will go to court for you and save you the headache of those problem tenants.
MAINTENANCE
